Fareonair shall not be liable for final currency conversion or rates when paid after a travel reservation is made with us for international travel products and services. You agree and acknowledge that currency rates vary and any quoted price on the Site in local currency is a guideline, and not binding on us or the Travel Supplier.

Discounts offered may vary depending on a number of factors including airlines utilized, class of service, destination, time of year (low, mid or high season), advance notice provided, minimum stay requirements fulfilled and flight load.

Booking and Reservation:

Fareonair allows you to search, compare, and book airline reservation, By making a booking or reservation through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. It is your responsibility to review and verify all booking details before finalizing the reservation.

Infant is defined as a traveler who is less than 24 months of age at the time of travel, else child fares are applicable.

Airline tickets are usually valid for one year from the date of issuance. There is a time limit to every ticket in which the travel should be completed but in some cases, the validity might not be possible due to various fare restrictions. If you need more information about the same, please contact the respective airlines.

Pricing and Availability:

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding pricing and availability of airline seats. However, prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice. The final price and availability of a booking will be confirmed at the time of booking. In some cases, additional charges such as taxes, fees, or surcharges may apply, which will be displayed during the booking process.

Fares are not guaranteed until ticketed and may change without any prior notice. If in case, the fare booked is no more available, we will provide you with alternate options. You have all the rights to cancel the reservation without any cost charged or select the new option at the currently available fare. Once the payment has been charged, the ticket(s) will be emailed to you within 4 hours of realization of full payment. If in case your credit card is declined, the customer will be informed at the same time via email/phone. In such cases, it is customer's responsibility to speak to the bank and ensure sufficient balance is available on the card for the issuance of tickets.

Travel Documents and Requirements:

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, or health certificates, required for your travel. We recommend checking the travel requirements and restrictions of your destination before making a booking. We are not liable for any issues arising from your failure to comply with the travel requirements.

Changes and Cancellation to Bookings:

Name changes are not permitted. If there are any error in the booking/ticket, the customer should report it on the same day as the tickets are issued. Changes and cancellation are highly influenced by airline penalties, whereas some tickets, even after being non-refundable, may be reusable later as per the fare guidelines of the Airline. Partially used tickets and 'NO Show' are completely nonrefundable. In case of 'NO Show', entire ticket amount will be forfeited by the airline. Please review the terms and conditions of the travel service provider for information about changes to bookings.

Please know that any bookings made on are non-refundable, if not specified otherwise. In case of a refundable cancellation, it is subject to an administrative cancellation fee according to the airline or other travel service providers.

Refund Policy:

Refund time frame may vary from airline to airline. Usually, we suggest our customers a time of 6-8 weeks for the refund amount to reflect in their account. Refund can only be processed in the original form of payment. Please review the terms and conditions of the travel service provider for cancellation and refund policies. We may charge a cancellation fee for cancellations made by you.

Contact Center Booking Service Fee:

When you make a booking through our contact center (including a complex multi/stop and roundtrip booking), we might levy a service fee higher than our online booking fee. This fee ranges from $20 to $200 per passenger by our agents.

Important Note: Service fee is included in the taxes, and YOU HAVE TO PAY THE FINAL PRICE AS QUOTED REGARDLESS OF ANY CHANGES MADE IN OUR SERVICE FEE. Please review the final booking amount carefully before confirming the final bookings.

Special Request: Seats, Meals and Frequent Flyer:

If you make a request for a special seat, meal; or frequent flyer miles; we will consider that as a request only. We as service providers cannot guarantee that the same requests will be provided to you. The airlines hold the exclusive right to make any kind of changes to your allocated seats and do not guarantee an advance notification. Even if we allocate the request, it is your responsibility to confirm the same with the airline and we hold no guarantee that you will be assigned the requested seats. We do not promise that you will be served with a meal, frequent flyer program, or any other special request provided by the airline.

Airline Baggage Policies:

All the airlines have different policies for their baggage allowance, fee, and restrictions. Fareonair tries its best to display the most current baggage allowance policy and follows the airline's website to extract the details but we cannot guarantee that the information is up to date. That's why we recommend that you must verify these details on the airline's website directly or call them before your scheduled departure.


There are different check-in rules followed by the different airline providers. You are required to verify the requirements of the check-in process before making a booking. Fareonair advises that you follow the given check-in schedule: For a domestic flight, a minimum of 90 minutes before scheduled departure For an international flight, a minimum of 3 hours scheduled departure.

Airline Schedule Change:

In case of a schedule change, the airline helps you with the available recourse, and it is their final authority to provide an alternative flight option. Once you check-in for your flight, it is the airline's responsibility to handle your booking. So, in case of any cancellations, delays, change of schedule, or rebooking of your flight is done by the airline. In such cases, we can only guide you with the procedure; final recourse is taken by the airline. In case you do not have an update of the change in schedule, or cancellation 24-hour before the time of departure, you or you have already reached the airport, we advise you coordinate with the airline staff and get to know more about your available options. During such a time, the airline is your best source of information and will deliver the best advice to you. In incidents like bad weather, you have limited options.

For all reservations booked through us, we will try to assist in making new arrangements, provided you have not already checked in with your airline for your first flight segment. After check-in, you are supposed to work directly with the airline to reach your destination or to make any alternate arrangements, including amendments to return services. Airline fees often apply for modifications to air schedules not related to airline-imposed flight cancellations, reschedules, or delays. These fees will be payable to the airline directly at the time of the request..

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Brtish Columbia/Canada]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Brtish Columbia/Canada].
